BASIC FUNCTIONS
Assist Category Manager in developing and managing competitive product portfolio to ensure long term and short term growth in product sales, profit and market position. Direct responsible for selected product line identified by Category Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Conduct market research, market analysis, competitors study and market validation on continuous basis as and when needed to keep abreast with the market needs and trends and to maintain competitiveness of the overall systems portfolio in general and the direct responsible product lines in specific.
2. Develop necessary networking internally and externally to the above for effective accomplishment.
3. Plan, develop and conduct product training for internal & external customer(s) as and when needed. Partner with HR in conducting delivering training to frontline effectively.
4. Partnering and work collaboratively with Marketing Communications for successful product launch including development of relevant collateral includes brochure, price list, specification & application guide, and installation guide.
5. Work collaboratively with NPI (new product introduction) project team members and take leading role to realize on-target new product introduction. Direct responsible for all marketing inputs needed in the project.
6. Assisting Category Manager in managing product portfolio, achieve revenue and profit growths, and formulation of sound strategies.
7. Analysis products and product lines performance periodically.
8. Responsible for product pricing, sales and GP performance. Work directly with PD, Engineering, Purchasing and Finance in achieving cost target, realizing sales and GP objectives. Conduct cost/price analysis for product line as and when needed.
9. Maintain product line and be the main contact for all marketing related enquiries on the product from Asia Pacific region. Responsible for MCO (Marketing Change Order) for system update.

REQUIREMENTS
1. University degree in engineering, business or marketing focus;
2. Work experience in product marketing. Office furniture industry experience and OEM/ODM is highly preferred;
3. A minimum of Three ars experience in field of corporate product marketing;
4. Excellent computer skills, proficiency in data analysis software is desirable;
5. Fluent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese;
6. Ability to handle multiple projects in a parallel manner;
7. Well organized in information, resources and time;
8. Good analytical and presentation skills;
9. Superior people skills;
10. Occasional Travel Required
