Key responsibilities 重要职责
Formulate strategy and plan for professional education activities to support the overall China business objectives
Ensure the successful implementation of all educational activities towards key stakeholders, including physicians, nurse and pharmacist.
Ensure the successful implementation of big events for physician educations
Build internal and external relationships
Provide guidance and training to the DBD sales team, educator team and internal stakeholders to support field based education activities
Develop team capability and manage performance
Main job tasks 主要工作任务
1)Develop ambitious medium and long term strategies for professional education activities in China, targeting on physician, nurse and pharmacists.
Develop professional education plans ensuring that business objectives are met or exceeded year after year, including on-line channel.
2)Establish and oversee budgets, plans, policies, and programs that will effectively implement the business strategies and objectives.
Develop education materials targeting on diabetes educators, innovative broadcasting and education approaches, to enhance voice of insulin and diabetes knowledge, and expand patient education coverage to reduce the patient drop off rate, and strength NN market share and facilitate market expansion strategy.
Maintain an on-going and timely line reporting, ensuring up-to-date reporting on the performance and well-being of the team.
Ensure team compliance with NN policies, quality procedures, fundamentals, internal regulations and local laws.
3)Ensure the successful implementation of big events for physician educations, including but not limited to NNDU, NNCDU, STENO symposium, and cooperation program with key hospitals.
4)Build internal and external relationships
Maintain and expand positive relationships with external parties, authorities and customers, in order to enhance the corporate image and making NN the preferred partner in the market.
Liaise with cross-functional teams and affiliates to improve business performance.
5)Provide guidance and training to the DBD sales team, Educator team and regional education team.
6)Coach, guide, evaluate, and develop team members to be capable in meeting future market challenges, especially in market analysis, strategy development, tactics planning and execution.
Direct, support and develop extraordinary talents to ensure fertilisation of human capital and next generation leadership.
Exert leadership by promoting corporate values, culture and the NNWoM in daily work and be open to feedback from team member.
Direct and support the ongoing development of team members in line with present and future business needs, thereby ensuring employability and utilisation of the potential of individuals and groups.
Education 教育背景
Relevant graduate level degree, e.g. Pharmacy, Science or Business Administration
Fluency in both written & spoken English.
Experience 经验
Above 5-7-year experience in pharmaceutical industry or related industry like medical devices or healthcare industry
Min 5 years in sales or marketing functions
Team management experience preferred
