Job description:
We are seeking a research associate with background in haemostasis biochemistry focusing on assay development and hits validation. The successful candidate will team with a PhD level scientist to carry out laboratory work, documentations, and other tasks related to Haemostasis biochemistry.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:
·Design protocols for activity and binding assays (e.g., ELISA, SPR or enzyme kinetics) as well as protocols for protein characterization (e.g., SDS PAGE, gel filtration, or Western blot)
·Perform haemostasis biochemistry assay tasks
·Optimize haemostasis biochemistry assay protocols
·Human sample, including human blood sample, handling
·Analyze experimental results and troubleshooting
·Write lab notes, SOPs and other documentations and present data in English

Qualifications:
·Master degree in Biochemistry or Molecular Biology or related field
·A background in Haemostasis Biochemistry or Protease Chemistry and Industry experience is preferred
·Experience with protein engineering and enzymology is a plus
·Demonstrated proficiency with design of experiment and data analysis
·Self-motivated learning and multi-task handling ability
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
·Good communication skills, ability to take initiative, flexible attitude, ability to work independently and in a team
