简述:对金融投资管理软件感兴趣,5年以上工作经验,有较强的技术背景(做过开发 – 优先),了解(美国)金融投资市场知识(CFA L1/证券从业 - 优先),英文熟练
Basic Requirements:
- BS Degree or above in Computer Science or related major
- More than 4 years experiences as a developer, IT staff, consultant, or similar roles.
- Have development background
- CET 4, working level
Technical Requirement
- System Engineer type
- Have strong enough technical skill and can do technical design / system architect.
- Do not need to write code but should be technically strong enough to design architecture and/or database.
Other Requirements
- Knowing both technical and financial world is a plus.
- Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills. Who can take a problem and turn it into a requirement/design.
- Good cross-team communication skills.
- Good project management skills. Who can help development team be more organized.
- Experience with back office system or any investment (management) system is a plus.
- Experience with Portfolio Accounting system is a plus.
- Team-oriented, outgoing.
- Overseas study experience is a plus.
- Can travel.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain deep understanding of application functionality as well as knowledge of product positioning and target market.
- Be able to do the technical design.
- Participate in design meetings with developers and senior application engineers to scope out implementation of features.
- Prioritize features based on business need and scope.
- Determine high-level functional test cases for QA; perform manual testing on an as-needed basis.
- Handle escalated support incidents on an ongoing basis.
- Communicate new features to Learning Products representative through clear functional specifications; review all documentation.
- Prepare and deliver new features training to Support , GSM, TAM and LP team
- Liaison with other development teams for related Advent products to plan for and coordinate integration or compatibility issues.
- Serve as a point of contact for other departments (Product management, Services, Operations, etc.)
- Work with the Product marketing group to understand Business Requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Participate in validation visits to clients and prospects on an as-needed basis.
