职位描述
Duties:
1.Take the lead on sales to minor Chinese tour operators with a focus on sales tothem for FIT customers.
--Develop, manage, and prioritize target list
-- Proactively contact by phone and via salescalls
--Obtain market info (business volume, competitors, etc.)
--Put in place agreements
--Track and report on results
2.Takethe lead on outreach to Beijing premium hotel concierge staff.
-- Develop, manage, and prioritize target list
--Visitthe target hotels on a rota and make brief presentations and leave venuebusiness cards for distribution
--Obtain market info
-- Help create and implement strategy to incentivizeconcierges to to recommend Schoolhouse venues to their guests
--Track and report on results
3.Assiston Schoolhouse Hotels guest bookings in conjunction with the Reservations & Call Center (RCC) in the Beijing Operations Office (BOO) withemphasis on calls from Chinese customers in Chinese language.
Thisis to include:
--Answerand coordinate central bookings lines
--Answer and coordinate all info@ email enquiries and bookings requests
--Accept individual bookings for Schoolhouse Hotels venues
--Accept contract bookings
--Forwardgroup and tour bookings requests
--Update on-line calendars
4.Assist on admin tasks for BOO/RCC
5.During peak times work in Mutianyu to assist in guest relations and food &beverage services.
6.Special Projects
--Takeon one or more special projects tied to performance incentives
7.Be familiar with Schoolhouse branding and with all MSR products andvenues.
8. Be anexemplar of our mission MSR’s, be a proactive leader, be creative, be open tolearning, and be a team-player.

拜访目标酒店,进行简短的演讲,并交换名片

帮助创建及执行销售策略,做到激励高端酒店礼宾人员向他们的客户推荐小园的场地
销售追踪及汇报结果
3、协助小园酒店及北京办公室预定和电话中心做客户的预定,且着重于处理中国客户的电话:
包括:
接听及协调主要的预定线路
回复及协调info邮箱的各种咨询、预定邮件
接受个人的预定
接受合同的预定
转发团队及旅行社的预定需求
及时更新在线日历
4、协助预定和电话中心的管理任务
5、在旺季到慕田峪现场工作,协助处理宾客关系及食品服务
6、特别项目:
一个或多个特别项目将于绩效激励关联
7、熟悉小园品牌及公司所有产品和场地;
8、成为MSR公司的典范,做积极的领导者、创造者,乐于学习,做具有团队精神的人;
