Regional Marketing Manager--Brewing with case no. 640/Job overview
Market Understanding
·Identify market and customer trends and
communicate findings to Sales, as well as giving input to strategy and planning process
·Contribute to Business Analysis
·Drive and initiate analysis of competitive market forces, including regional market share analysis


Market Development

·Identify, prioritize, follow-up and hand-over new market opportunities in existing markets based on market, customer and competitor analysis (scouting for, developing and qualifying ideas/new leads)


Product Launch
·Drive implementation of product pruning and product substitution within the region as defined by IPG
·Drive or support launch of new products in the region


Market Communication
·Provide regional input to planning and follow-up for marketing communications and marketing campaigns
·Run and coordinate regional market communication campaigns


Be part of the BREWING Industry Group Management team in CHINA
·Support and challenge translation of Regional growth plan into Game plan and Account Plans
·Prepare and execute gameplan based in RGP input
·Meet AB for BREWING in CHINA
·Be responsible for BREWING CHINA meeting growth targets


Be part of the BREWING GMT
·Participate in BREWING GMT meetings
·BREWING updates and analysis
·Work with the BREWING GMM on CHINA tasks
·Provide analysis, data and forecasts


Profit Stream Management
·Manage regional pricing process together with SCS and ensure it complies with local legislation and market conditions, Industry Strategy and marketing planning
·Participate in the GMT, giving input to the GMP/RGP
·Translate the RGP into operational guidelines for SCS and secure RGP implementation in region


Budgeting and resource allocation
·Serve as a budget challenger for AB/MTP/FF
·Contribute to budget instructions package from GMM
·Challenge resource allocations based on GMP/RGP
·Gather cross-functional regional input for the 5 year regional forecast and MTP


Qualifications
·Experience: Min 3-5 years with strategy, business development, and marketing (preferably in relevant industries) in an international environment. Documented success in managing projects and effectiveness analyzing new and existing markets. Have managed or participated in innovation or business development projects previously in brewing related industries. ·Education: Master degree in commercial area or M.Sc in engineering coupled with appropriate business background.
·Fluent in written and spoken English
·Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·Previously worked within matrix organizations responding to several parts of the organization
·Proven ability to implement - establish specific action plans and ensure follow-through
·Ability to prioritize, manage, and delegate numerous tasks simultaneously
·Ability to handle high work load and manage multiple projects concurrently
·Ability to drive projects while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
·Self-driven with strong motivation to deliver the product to the market
·High integrity with solid business ethics and in alignment with Novozymes touch
