工作职责：
- 接收和处理销售订单，与销售及公司各部门保持紧密合作以确保订单顺利实施。
- 接受处理客户业务查询及服务投诉，及时给出使客户满意的结果并回馈给客户。
- 跟踪第三方物流公司的配送进度，及时协调处理运输过程中出现的问题。
- 运输回单审核及归档处理。
- 物流系统信息录入，并确保数据准确性，按管理层要求提供相关库存进出校验报告。
- 确保处理操作流程符合公司的要求及规章制度。

任职要求：
- 有1-2年相关客服经验。
- 工作认真踏实，良好的服务意识，工作积极主动。
- 良好英文读写能力。
- 能熟练操作Windows及Microsoft Office软件。

Responsiblity:

1. Process orders via fax, email and phone call
2. Response to inquiries regarding the ordering and its status and handle complaints
3. Service transport tracking & follow up.
4. Coordinate with logistics vendor on the delivery status
5. Coordinate with logistics on the wine return
6. Monthly inventory report between KEAS & KWS. KWS office inventory check.
7. Compile CS and order related reports, DN receipt collection.
8. Ensure all CS process comply with Policy & Procedure
9. Other ad-hoc projects assigned

Requirements:
1. 1-2 years related working experience on Customer Service.
2. Be responsible and good spirit of service.
3. Positive to work.
4. Good English ability of oral & written.
5. Be familiar with ms office, incl. excel, word and ppt, etc.
