Job Title: Agiga-Technical Advisor (Failure analysis)– Cypress Board Manufacturing Operations Number of Recruits: 1
Job Description:
o Answer all product and technical inquires for Agiga products
o To do failure analysis for the Agiga products, provide official analysis report to internal and external.
o Provide weekly FA report to management
o To work with design, ops and solution centers for failure analysis procedure
o Resolve product require, technical query from Ops or customers.
o Providing test technical support for customer service, immediate on-site support for urgent case;
o Performing required troubleshooting on calls and on-site support, 24 hrs stand-by;
o Providing technical training to the CY internal and customer appointed suppliers.
o Assisting functional engineers in the on-site investigation and explanation to the user and making authority report to related functions;
o Providing satisfactory solutions according to the requirement of customers and helping sales team to be the consultant sales.
Required Skills
Job Requirements:
o Willing to be travelling
o Rich Experience in electronics manufacturing or design center.
o 5 years working experience in electronics circuit design or application, or software test, hardware test or relative test engineering field.
o Good understanding to electronics product design, product manufacturing is a plus.
o Problem solving skill, CPK, SPC capability
o Fluent in English (both written and oral)
o Hard working and team player
o Takes initiative and sets high goals
o Customer service orientated
o Smart and confident
