1) Serve as the country's lead reporting analyst. Supervise monthly legal financial reporting, foreign exchange settlement, and in country treasury support.

2) Establish and maintain best practices in financial reporting, audit and be the country controllership's focal point for government reporting, government fund and foreign exchange control matters.

3) Maintain close relationship with China trade and logistics and keep alert of foreign exchange control regulations and practice updates.

4) Work closely with shared service centers and corporate reporting group to support global processes such as GIO billings, ROE, and indent sales commissions.

5) Support entity/country wide projects and M&A integrations.

6) Coach and develop country financial analysts through daily operations.


1) Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English, university or above with major in Tax, Accounting, or Finance. MBA and/or CPA/CTA are preferred

2) 5 - 8 years of progressive professional experience focusing on tax compliance and advisory areas in multinational company. Working experience in big 4 is preferred;

3) Experience in project / process management crossing functions; Experience as people/project manager to lead and coach team members; Sense of urgency and ability to demonstrate leadership to push work forward to timely completion

4) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment; capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, matrix environment

5) Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative. Work well under high pressure
