Main Objective

To help infrastructure manger on hardware, software, network system, voice system & mail system maintenance & support. Manage IT fixed assets and provide accurate CMDB data.

Responsibilities

l Manage AD account, email account & user account creation, change and delete

l Manage servers backup and restore standard procedure

l Carry out the implementation of IT knowledge base

l Translate and archive the technical materials

l Publish the documents and collect the feedback from users

l Provide 2^nd level support on the infrastructure, email & hardware

l Response for ITSM & MDM, manage and update IT-related assets

l PC trouble shooting, printer, windows desktop, MS office etc

l To standardize IT form & template and prepare SOP documentation

Requirements:

l Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent;

l Minimum 3-4 years of IT working experience;

l Good interpersonal and communication skills;

l Good knowledge of network products, enterprise system management, and Windows services;

l Good understanding of support/troubleshoot and repairing of Windows 7/2008, Microsoft AD, LAN, WAN network management

l CCNA or CCNAP; MCSE certified

l Good understanding on VM Ware

l Nice to have good communication skills and good command of English.

l May require to travel where necessary
