The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the overall sales, marketing and some client liaison for EC Harris China.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
· Development of strategies around client development in China
· Implement business development plan and marketing strategies.
· Develop high quality presentation and strategic proposals.
· Contract negotiation with clients.
· Develop channels and mechanisms to communicate with internal staff and relationship building with market influencer.
· Strategic operations planning and allocation of key internal resources.
· Project and communication management
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this position should
· be excellent in English, both written and spoken
· be young, enthusiastic, willing to network, and a strong desire to learn the business
· possess excellent communication skills;
· have a proven track record in sales;
· be looking to either build on or develop experiences as a manager;
· be able to work independently
Overseas living/working/studying experience woould be a plus.
