Sales Management

- Establish the overall sales plan/budget for nationwide direct sales team.

- Draw up direct sales strategy and work with direct sales team to achieve the target.

- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce and mobile apps platforms – driving online lead generation and purchase conversion, developing content strategy and planning, optimizing online merchandising maximizing return on campaigns and troubleshooting issues

E-commerce Channel Development

- Successfully explore, drive and negotiate new business opportunities in e-commerce, on-line and direct sales

- Drive customer acquisition and online sales

- Provide analysis, recommendations and definition for key areas of B2B & B2C e-commerce offerings

- To develop creative and effective e-commerce strategy to capture new business from China market

- Oversee all aspects of e-marketing channel and setup, update and closely follow up in field of social media platforms

- Identify new and creative businesses & activities to be featured, and develop new media platform for the group

Other Management Responsibilities

- Responsible for leading nationwide direct sales team to maximize on-line direct sales as well as to achieve sales target set by company

- Be responsible for regular direct sales meeting /training.

Assign the task to direct sales team according to strategy and monitor the process.
