工作职责：
负责用户的 IT 技术支持服务， 解决用户在工作中出现有关网络和桌面系统的问题， 保证系统正确实施和应用。
职位要求：
? 大专及以上学历，计算机或理工类相关专业；
? 一年以上计算机管理和维护工作经验；
? 精通 windows 各版本操作系统的安装、应用与维护 , 熟悉各种应用软件的安装与维护；
? 掌握 MCSE 及 CCNA 的相关技能；
? 熟悉各种常用软硬件安装调试，邮件系统调试及安全；
? 具备团队合作精神 , 积极主动，自我管理，责任心强；
? 善于表达，能够与用户进行有效的交流、沟通与协调；
? 英文水平良好 , 具有较好的读写能力，基本的听说能力；
