-For our Industry Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a SISW I IA Accountant 西门子工业软件（上海）有限公司 (SISW) 工业领域 工业自动化集团（IA）会计.

What are my responsibilities?

-Support the Transfer Price documentation by quarter review and yearly preparation

-Prepare the annual tax filing reporting package

-Review and perform the intercompany service level agreement, transactions, etc.

-General tax account reconciliation and local tax policy compliance follow up

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor degree or above in accounting / CPA preferred;

2. 3 to 5 years audit/tax experience better in international accounting, tax / auditing firm

or large multinational company;

3. Knowledge of both China and international accounting standard, e.g. US GAAP and IFRS;

4. Knowledge in practical tax and accounting matters for Foreign Invested Enterprises in

China;

5. Experience in financial due diligence review with excellent reporting skill;

6. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)

7. Proficient in MS Office and SAP system

8. Dependable, accurate, effective problem solving skills, good team player

9. A self-starter, willing to work flexible hours, able to meet deadline and work under
