-From our C&L Team, Siemens are looking to recruit an experienced Contract Manager to support Sector business.

What are my responsibilities?
-As a dynamic and self-motivated team player, you should be able support IC MOL and/or IC RL project and bid management teams as a Contract Manager in compliance with the existing responsibility matrix and processes.
-Your main activities will include contract analysis, contract negotiation, development of strategies, downstream contract alignment, claim management, change management and requirement management.
-Due to the variety and complexity of your tasks, your success will highly depend on sound project exectution and business specific requirement knowledge, rather than on a strong legal background. Being embedded into a strong legal team organization wise, you will mainly focus on project related matters.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Oral and written English for negotiations, communications and contract drafting
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, Technical discipline. For not fully qualified lawyers: at least 3 years of experience within Contract Management and/or Sales-/Project handling or legal function, working for multinational corporations
- Knowledge of Siemens’ internal procedures is an advantage.
-Essential Skills：
-Ability to work independently and assess own priorities.
-Sound judgment for seeking input on topics from other subject matter experts when needed.
-Ability to present risks to top management is a clear and concise manner.
-Ensuring the Zero Harm policy and upholding Compliance guidelines.
