-For our Corporate Technology (CT) in Shanghai, we are looking for a Consultant at the earliest opportunity to join in our Software Architecture Development (SAD) department.

Software Architecture Development (SAD)
-Experts in the Software Architecture Development Technology Field advance the methodology applied in the steps of the software-engineering process, comprising domain analysis, modeling, architecture design and assessment, implementation, testing, quality and reengineering. Our team is located in Germany, Austria, India, China and the US.

What are my responsibilities?
Mission
-promote the topic of code quality management throughout the Siemens affiliated companies in China
-develop and advance the methodology in this field based on internal research and the adoption of research results from university partners
-generate business impact with regard to development efficiency and perceived product quality based on the developed methodology
Dimension
-the scope of work is limited to Siemens affiliated R&D centers in China that mainly focus on SW products and solutions
-the focus of work lies on technical and methodological topics
Tasks
-acquisition, definition and implementation of projects
-lead sub topic research and development
-development and maintainance of customer relationships to sustain existing and acquire new businesses
-Identification and creation of new competences and portfolio elements in the area of responsibility
-maintenance of relationships to research partners

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Methodologies and Knowledge:
-OOD / OOP
-Lean / Agile SW development processes
-Tools and methods for static and dynamic code analysis
-Testing for non-functional requirements
-Software Quality Models
-Test-Driven Development
-Refactoring
-Experiences
-First hand experience in
-SW development in an industrial context
-quality-driven SW design
-implementation of SW designs (preferred language: C#, Java)
-testing of SW on different levels
-unit testing
-integration testing
-working in agile teams (e.g. SCRUM)
-Good experiences in
-project management
-stakeholder-oriented presentation of complex topics
-basic understanding of
-business development
-customer relationship management
-Capabilities
-Master or above, major in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related
-independent planning, structuring and execution of assignments within area of responsibility
-creativity to find innovative solutions beyond existing boundaries
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact successfully with end users, clients, and the general public
-Willingness to travel on occasion
-Chinese and English language skills are essential. Fluent English in reading and writing.
