-For our Wind Power Onshore team in Shanghai we are looking for a highly motivated individual to serve as a Senior Business Developer (m/f), who is available to begin work as soon as possible.

What are my responsibilities?
-Analyzing markets, industries and developing action recommendations
-Conducting interviews and workshops with existing and potential customers for won or lost sales projects.
-Developing business strategies and plans for APAC
-Steering project modules and guiding virtual team members
-Preparing top management presentations in regard to country assessments and customer briefings

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-University or equivalent degree in engineering, business administration or economics as well as additional qualification in the field of Management Consulting
-Excellent skills in the development of business strategies and business development with focus on energy markets -Extensive knowledge in the field of business administration and economics (Profitability analysis, Development of Business Plans).
-Extensive knowledge in Portfolio Management and methods for strategic analysis
-Proficiency in the elaboration of presentations with complexity of data and content
-Fluency in English and possibily in German
-Experience in project management or equivalent project experience in a consulting company
-Experience in managing and interaction with interdisciplinary teams
-Intercultural experience
-Initiative - Assertiveness – Creativity - Analytical skills - Goal oriented - Strategic thinking - Ability to work in team - Customer focus - Presentation and communication skills
