- For our APAC team in Shanghai we are looking for an experienced Proposals Manager.

What are my responsibilities?
- Coordinate technical requests from external customers within the sales team
- Manage interfaces for technical requirements to the Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management and Service department during offer preparations
- Establish project calculation in relation to competitor offers and define cost improvements
- Participate in negotiations with customers and convince them on technical USP (incl. presentation)
- Prepare technical tender and contract documents and internal project evaluations for Management approval as well as hand-over meetings.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- You have a strong background of mechanical and electrical knowledge preferably you have gained your work experience from the Energy Sector (wind industry) or Construction Industry on international projects. You to have a good knowledge of financial and commercial knowledge (for EBIT and NPV calculations). With quality orientation and project management methods and techniques you will drive the interfaces to deliver on time and on cost.
- Japanese language skills in written and spoken are mandatory for this position. Please provide your CV and cover letter in English.

- able to work independently.
- willing to travel and work in a global environment.
- Finally, you possess advanced English skills and you are an experienced user of Microsoft Office.
