- From our GSS AFS Team, Siemens are looking to recruit an experienced Junior Expense Claim Accountant. Providing an accurate and timely accounting service in line with company regulations and guidelines.

What are my responsibilities?
- Travel expense claims vouchers from employees (with Nexus)
- General expense claims vouchers from employees (with Nexus)
- Travel expense claims vouchers from employees (paper & E-copy)
- General expense claims vouchers from employees (paper & E-copy)
- Employee advance request
- Reconciliation of cash
- Cash management - SFS requirement
- Account clearing
- Posting cash vouchers in SAP

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Profess. Knowledge: Travel regulation & Signature Mandate;
- China fapiao regulation
- SOA requirement
- IFRS
- PRC GAAP/ Local Tax Regulation
- Technologies: SAP FI operation
- MS office
Methodologies:
- Support kinds of project related operation part
- Communication skills
