- For our Global Share Service we are looking for a Operation Specialist at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- Ensuring that business operations are efficient in terms of using as little resources as needed, and effective in terms of meeting customer requirements.
Operation Specialist:
- Operational KPI consolidation and reporting
- Accountant performance scorecard development
- KPI trend analysis
- Productivity reporting and monitoring
- Human resource reporting & planning
- Establish and streamline the KPI reporting definition and methodology across different reporting tool such as AFS Dashboard, Indigo and center operation KPIs etc.
- Align KPI BVI with billing BVI from BA team
- Data collection and analysis for project

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Typically 3-5 years experience in relevant area (accounting, business analysis)
- Experience from analytical area preferred
- Company and customer policies & procedures (accounting)
- All service line product working instructions (medium)
- SAP (other ERP system where applicable) knowledge
- Language skills dependent on customer; up to level B2 (CEFR)
- Techonolgy: Ms Office & Powerpoint
- Methodology: time management, communication, multi-tasking & data management
- Professional knowledge: basic accounting
- Self determination
- Change management
- Initiation
