岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:
1、 协助人力行政经理开展招聘、培训等工作；
The job candidate will assist the manager of HR administrative manager to recruit and train staff.
2、 负责简历的甄选，面试；
He or she should select the resumes and interview candidates.
3、 协助开展新员工培训工作；
He or she should undertake his or her responsibilities to train new staff.
4、 协助集团CIS体系的导入，完善行政制度；
He or she should assist the group to implement the CIS System as well as enrich its administrative systems.
5、 公司对外关系的协调与维系；
He or she should liaison the external relationship as well as maintain the relationship.
任职资格：
Job Qualities;
1、 全日制大学硕士及以上学历，行政类管理专业毕业；
He or she should get master’s degree or above in the major of administrative management.
2、 有一年以上工作经验，有清晰的职业规划；
He or she should have at least one-year work experience with clear career plans.
3、 具有较强的抗压力能力；
He or she should have the ability to experience the high levels of stressors.
4， 艺术院校毕业者优先
