岗位职责:
1、协助项目负责人建立全面的销售战略;
assist the project director to establish a comprehensive sales strategy;
2、制定并组织实施完整的销售方案;
develop and organize the implementation of a complete sales plan;
3、引导和控制市场销售工作的方向和进度;
guide and control the direction of the market sales work and progress;
4、管理销售人员,帮助建立、补充、发展、培养销售队伍;
management sales staff, help to build, supplement, develop and train the sales team;
5、掌握市场动态,熟悉市场状况并有独特见解;
grasp the market dynamics, be familiar with the market conditions and has unique insight;
6、进行客户分析,建立客户关系,挖掘用户需求;
customer analysis, establishes the customer relations, discover needs of users;
7、深入了解本行业,把握最新销售信息,为企业提供业务发展战略依据.
insight into the industry, grasp the latest sales information, provide enterprises with the business development strategy.
岗位要求:
1、全日制本科及以上学历,专业不限,特别优秀者可适当放宽学历要求;
full-time bachelor degree or above, professional unlimited, particularly outstanding person prefer;
2、有锻造行业知名企业、同等岗位工作经验;
forging industry well-known enterprises and the same position working experience;
3、有丰富的市场营销策划经验,能够识别、确定潜在的商业合作伙伴,熟悉行业市场发展现状;
have rich experience in marketing planning, able to recognize and identify potential business partners, be familiar with the industry market development present situation;
4、优秀的团队建设经验,团队管理能力强,善于协调营销团队的工作;
good experience of team building, team management ability, be good at coordinating marketing team work;
5、有敏锐的市场意识、应变能力、领导能力和独立开拓市场的能力,学习能力强;逻辑性强和良好的语言表达能力。
have acute marketing consciousness, strain capacity, leadership and independent market development ability, strong learning ability; Strong logicality and good language expression ability.
