Responsibilities

职责

- Responsible for all CNDCB projects

- Tendering/pricing related work:

o Involve in tendering/pricing process, help on clarification of financial/commercial/tax issues; prepare Full Cost Calculation Model for large projects if needed.

o Bonds and guarantee

- Regular financial operations

o (Whenever new OR is received)Create project definition, WBS, network according to Pre-cal; Maintain plan costs; Copy versions for plan revenue and plan cost.

o Supervise CNHVDC monthly timesheet booking process

o Coordinate with SAS / SEPOW controller / Project support team, ensure smooth costs backcharging to SEPOW.

o Ensure timely billing of POC/CCM projects

o Ensure POC/CCM project status being updated in SAP timely

o Month-end, check RA result of POC/CCM projects after SAS running RA; solve problem if needed.

o Provide cost object for booking purpose whenever being asked (e.g. hedging, CHTET, BA mgt fee etc.)

- Project controlling and review

o Order backlog-revenue realization

o Project review monthly/quarterly

§ Update financial data in ProMIS

§ Compare actual cost with pre-cal, follow up/remind the deviation with project manager

§ Ensure the billing is done timely according to contract

§ Prepare and review project cash flow: ageing analysis, any overdue from customer; project payment to suppliers

§ Make sure the hedging is done timely and properly

o Participate in project management weekly meeting to facilitate better understanding for projects in execution

- Credit risk responsible

o Implement division credit control policy among organization

- SAP

o SAP process owner, interfaced with SAP consultants and key users to improve working process

Qualifications/Requirements

- Good communication skill

- Team building and willing to help others

- Fluent English

- Familiar with SAP

- Be able to work in details

- Project controlling experience is preferred

- 3-5 years working experience
