职位：IE Engineer - MV Switchgear



Job Responsibility:



Work study, measure and update standard operation time for production capacity plan.

Analyze and optimize assembly action to increase efficiency;

Calculate workstation efficiency, join to analyze workstation data and follow up abnormal efficiency;

Design and improve fixture and jig, and be familiar with production layout relocated.

Drive workshop 6S activity and maintain, follow up workstation 6S imp. plan;

Join to drive workshop visualize management;

Join to drive workshop continuous imp., include train IE knowledge and involve employee to CIP



Job Requirement:



Bachelor degree with engineering background, preferred in IE major.

At least 3 years’ working experience in product related areas.

Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, capability study;

Be familiar with Working Time Study measuring

Communication/coordination skills cross function/departments and in both Chinese and English

Strong Leadership capability. Ability to motive and develop people

Result-orientated and very responsible

Strong ability to solve conflicts.
