Title: LBU Buyer

Location: Beijing(顺义空港区)

Department: SCM

Main Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain commercial arrangements which ensure security of supply and guarantee delivery of goods and services, when and where required by businesses

- Execute operational purchasing activities to secure delivery on time and on quality during project execution

- Develop closer working relationships with suppliers in order to enhance quality and improve service

- Inland & oversea transportation management to secure delivery on time and on quality

- Import & export customs clearance by cooperation with subcontractors

- Secure the on time supply of documents as required by the projects

- Applies and Implements SCM standards, tools and process in the area of responsibility

- Applies standards on health and safety and on business ethics within operational works and contract execution

Qualifications/Requirements

- More than 3 years working experience in supply chain management

- Experience of project procurement & logistics and SAP is a plus

- Competent communication skills

- Language: Basic conversational and written English

- Applies tools and processes in single or multi-business organization

- Education: Buyer expertise and good technical knowledge require

Working Relationship (Internal & External)

- Working with line functions within the company (Technology, Project Management and Quality)

- Working with product & business group as global functions

- Working with suppliers and subcontractors in the worldwide
