Responsibilities

- Act as a key member of the sales & marketing team and contribute to company’s short/medium project development from a sales perspective

- Develop and maintain good understanding of key account movements, trade development and competitive activities to ensure that company’s sales plans respect local market environment and take advantage of all opportunities

- Ensure adequate focus on current sales plans to achieve short term volume targets and market share as well as maintaining strategic insight for future development

- Build and maintain strong working relationship with key customers in the areas of power grid companies, regional and provincial power companies, wind power companies, oil companies, etc

- Coordinate internally and externally on both technical and commercial aspects on project development and sales

Qualifications/Requirements

- University degree holder in engineering or related majors, MBA would be a plus.

- At least 5 years relevant working experience with 3 years experience in business/project development or sales position with large company in power engineering, with less experience will be considered as the position of senior engineer

- Preferably having technical background in VSC (voltage source converter) technology

- Good knowledge of local market conditions

- Language proficiency (written and spoken) in both English and Mandarin

- Energetic, positive thinker and good team player

- Outgoing personality with good communication skills

- Likes challenges and strives to win in a competitive environment.

- Willing to travel frequently
