1. Core Responsibilities

• Provide full recruiting service to the legal entities or business units of Volvo Group in Shanghai area including job analyze, sourcing and screening candidates, interviewing and assessing candidates, offer negotiation and reference check.
• Implement all of the recruitment operation via Volvo Recruitment Online system.
• Develop effective communication channels to interact with the hiring managers to ensure they are up-to-date on recruiting activities/process.
• Support Global and regional recruitment project.
• Provide support to other areas if necessary.

2. Required Competencies

• Solid knowledge and practice experience in recruitment field.
• Adhere to Volvo Way and has the courage to uphold Volvo ethics and values
• A business and customer orientation with a drive for results.
• Excellent communication skills in English, and MNC background.
• Strong desire to learn with consistent learning attitude

3. Minimum Years of Experience Required

• 3 to 5 years recruitment experience.

4. Minimum Education Required

• Bachelor degree or above.
