Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist
Reports To: Alternative Channel Manager, China
Position Location: Shanghai
Position Summary:
This position will work closely with order processing function and internal marketing/e-commerce team member to take initiatives for define, develop and ongoing execute of cross-functional processes to support efficient day-to-day e-commerce transaction. Specifically, the candidate will lead the initiative for e-commerce process design, improve and streamline back-end order processing, manage and coordinate the e-commerce implementation for China.
Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
? Work with global e-commerce team for China project implementation. Including customer, product related database readiness, back end system process setup, customer communication, testing, demo, training…etc.
? Manage project from business side to define clear requirement/scope to be done within timeline and budget.
? Work with back-end order management, supply chain, and finance team for process integration, improvement for streamline the order processing from quotation to cash.
? Manage daily e-commerce related transaction issue to ensure good customer experience. Including trouble-shooting, problem escalation and solution process setup, optimization and daily follow up.
? Work with other alternative channels team leaders for database maintenance and process connection setup to ensure all customer comments and requirements from website are well handled and all sales leads from website are well followed up.
? Roll out e-Commerce to other product line based on business readiness.
? Standardize process for integrated business unit, looking for continuous improvement to manage order processing work cross-product line by utilization systematic platform.
Experience & Requirement:
? At least Bachelors Degree with background of commerce, B2B. 5 years related field‘s work experience is required.
? At least 3 years working experience in e-commerce business, 5 year working experience is MANDATORY.
? Experience in e-commerce end to end project implementation is required.
? A solid foundation in enterprise business processes, experience in commercial or order processing within MNC.
? Process-oriented thinking and systematic approach for problem solving is required.
? ERP utilization experience on order processing, SAP experience is PLUS.
? Ability to work with different function/team both inside China and outside China. Coordination skill & project management skill is required.
? Good working attitude, willingness to learn.
? Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communications abilities
? Proven analytical ability.
? Excellent language skill on English.
