QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S. degree or equivalent management experience.
8+ years diversified operations experience in a high-growth, high volume, diverse manufacturing environment.
Experience with automated and manual manufacturing processes and associated support functions related to manufacturing copper and fiber cable assemblies, connectors, patch panels and other IT infrastructure products.
Experience with >100 headcount manufacturing environment and ability to cultivate production staff that are fully trained and highly committed to quality and efficiency.
Strong, hands-on involvement to establish and maintain well defined processes and outstanding service.
Experience with using lean manufacturing techniques and systems to drive continuous improvement in all aspects of our manufacturing processes and supporting systems.
Understanding of data and metrics that accurately reflect operations performance and trends.
Effective written and verbal communication and leadership skills.
Methodical, organized and detail oriented.
Driven to understand regional and global business needs and consistently engages others to develop strategies and plans that anticipate demand and achieve positive results.
Ability to pull diverse functions together when required, delivering timely production results in a multi-project environment.
Experience with the use of six sigma and statistical tools to qualify and control process stability and capability
Experience with using ISO9001 & ISO14001 Quality and Environmental Management Systems to achieve customer satisfaction, efficiency and environmental sustainability in our manufacturing processes.
ERP Expertise, preferably Oracle R12, for production scheduling, material and capacity planning.
Experience with fiber cable assemblies such SC, LC and MTP in a cleanroom environment is required.
