Key Responsibilities:
? Responsible for working with product line leadership in developing and implementing a strategy that leads to increased customer value creation and market share gain for all product lines.
? Responsible for creating and executing annual operating plans that lead to sales revenue growth, margin expansion to meet 5 year STRAP.
? Champion for driving rigorous business processes across the vertical sales, each product line and supporting functions to strengthen the team collaboration and cooperation and smoothen the business operation.
? Leadership in measuring and improving results through a metrics-driven, continuous improvement culture.
? Responsible for hiring, developing, and leading Vertical sales team to enhance the team capability of achieving stretch goals.
? Advocate for the customer, for product quality, and for providing excellence in customer
solutions.
? Lead Vertical sales team to manage customers & channel partners to ensure the achievement
of stretch sales target.
? Conduct regular business review, reporting and forecast, risk analysis, opportunity
management with each product line.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
? 10 years of relevant experience in managing sales & marketing function, work for
medical device industry is a plus.
? Medical or Science background or education (B.S., M.S.) with MBA or equivalent business
experience preferred.
? Proven record of successfully selling with managing a sales team in China.
? Strong financial and operations knowledge with proven ability to drive margin expansion
and operational improvement.
? Experience in the review and compliance of government regulations.
? Ability to develop creative growth strategies and guide successful execution.
? Strong communications, team-building, and leadership skills.
? Ability to work in challenging and changeable environment and display credibility in
mentoring and forging solid, positive working relationships with product line team,
supporting functions.
? Self motivated with bias for action.
? Resilience, willing to work under high stress.
? Up to 40% travel.
