OVERALL OBJECTIVES :
As part of the Great China IT Operations team, this person will be responsible to manage Network/IPT/Windows Server operations and setup along with technical counterpart across the region. And as the single IT personel in Beijing office, this person will also play the customer engagement roles and be the single IT interface contact for biz support.

Job Descriptions:
1. Onsite technical support and customer service on Network/IPT/Windows server systems.
2. Work with respective region team mates in managing network/IPT/Windows server operations across China sites.
3. Plan/propose/deploy technical solutions with regional team, monitor/tuning/troubleshoot system performance/issues.
4. Manage on-site client support resources through IT ServiceCentral within agreed Service Levels, respond to end user concerns and key issues from the site.
5. Manage site data center and cabling management.
6. Maintaining documentation.

Qualifications:
1. BS degreee and major in Computer science, EE.
2. Fluent English on speaking and writing.
3. 5+ years of CISCO network(6509, Nexus) admin experience with strong knowledge in routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, RIP) and routed (TCP/IP, IPX/SPX) protocols 5. CCNP certified.
4. 5+ years of Windows domain/server admin experience. 1~2 years of VMWare support practice. Netapp experience will be a plus.
5. ITIL knowledge and practice in incident management/change management.
6. Project management experiences in deploying IT infrastructure solutions.
7. Supporting experience as a team leader or in CISCO IPT system will be a plus.
