Job Responsibilities

1.) Distribute info@iqair-china.com email, daily website inquiries.
分类管理info@iqair-china.com的邮件，以及日常网站的问询
2.) Prepare Monthly commissions forms
准备每月的 佣金表格
3.) Manage Customer Database – ERP – CRM
管理客户数据库-EPR-CRM
4.) Work with accounting team for fapiao tracking for customer
协助财务部门跟进客户发票情况
5.) Prepare Sales Literature
准备销售材料
6.) Monthly database research
每月数据库调查
7.) Translation Work
翻译工作
8.) Record weekly Sales Meetings
每周销售会议记录
9.) Help Schedule Travel arrangements
协助出差日程安排
10.) Verify next day delivery schedule with sales people
与销售人员确认次日的邮递计划
11.) Prepare daily sales report
每日销售报告
12.) Help input serial number into ERP system
将序列号入库ERP系统
13.) Any tasks or responsibilities as required by the company
