Job Title : Regional Retail Business Analyst
Purpose of the Job
Provide timely and quality support in Retail Business Systems for all dealers
Analyze existing retail business operation and propose appropriate recommendations and prepare test cases, verify data accuracy to provide efficient and effective system to enhance the support of business functions
Primary/Key Responsibilities：
1.Review IT requests from users, estimate and communicate the amount of time required for resolution of the surfaced IT issues, analyze and troubleshoot IT issues and guidance to users for new system implementation in order to provide timely and quality support to the users.
2.Review Retail business requests from users, estimate and communicate the amount of time required for resolution of the surfaced IT issues, analyze and troubleshoot IT issues and guidance to users for new system implementation in order to provide timely and quality support to the users.
3.Document procedural and functional requirements as well as user guide for reference in order to provide guidance to business units on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve the project objectives.
4.Provide user training on new system or process roll-out with documented user guide or a brief write up in order to impart system or process knowledge to users for a clearer understanding of the system to minimize operational errors.
Willing to travel in mainland China to conduct training
Minimum Requirement：
1.Degree and above,Computer Science or IT Management
2.Other qualifications e.g. certification: Autoline DMS
Related Working Experience:
At least 3-5 years of experience on Automotive ERP system support and development
Competency:
Must Have
1. Willing to learn
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Able to work as a team

1. Commitment to career
