职位描述

Purpose of this job:
1) To ensure that dealers are providing appropriate advice and selling suitable financing products to customers, as well as handling customers’ financing application and/or subsequent mortgage matters with group financing partners in a professional manner, with the aim of enhancing profitability of dealers through increasing car sales while earning financing commission or fees and building up retail financing business in dealerships as a tool to retaining customers.
2) To ensure group financing partners are offering an array of suitable auto financing products to dealers to offer to customers and are honoring the terms and conditions of HQ framework and business cooperation agreement as signed with dealers.

Primary/Key Responsibilities:
1.a)Assist to negotiate and review critically terms and conditions beneficial to dealers on win-win basis with group financing partners resulting in both HQ framework agreement and dealer branch agreement.
b) Check and review critically terms and conditions beneficial to dealers on retail financing agreements submitted by dealers for approval, without jeopardizing the interest of group financing partners.
2. Execute and implement financing partnerships at dealer level according to HQ framework signed with group financing partners, and according to LSH Auto Group Policy and government law and regulation.
3. Identify and solve issues relating to HQ frameworks agreement, and to assist dealers to resolve issues at HQ level.
4. Propose and implement suitable financing products, initiatives and strategies to ensure retail financing business at dealership is sustainable.
5. Drive work efforts to meet KPIs set.
6. Consolidate, review and analyze monthly reports to track achievement of KPIs and to identify problems to solve or areas for improvements.
7. Assist to manage and maintain good relationship with group financing partners in business cooperation.
8. Collection of commission.
9. Arrange for training sessions in collaboration with group partners & LSH Training Academy to better equip F&I Managers and related F&I staff in dealerships to improve dealerships’ F&I business, and SSI.
10. Develop, motivate and give on-the-job training to subordinate(s) to take on higher responsibility in medium to long term.
11. Handle adhoc projects as assigned from time to time.

Degree/Diploma:
Degree: Bachelor (Master preferred)
Major: Insurance, International Business, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Financial Analysis.

Related Working Experience:
At least 8 years of working experience, with at least 2 years in related field.

Specialized Knowledge:
Banking and financing product and operations of banking and financing industry in China, a plus.
Operations of Auto industry, a plus.
