Primary/Key Responsibilities:

1. Compile and verify monthly reports submitted by dealers in order to prepare monthly consolidated group reports for onward meaningful review and analysis.

2. Assist in collecting data and information for projects, and preparing analysis reports and presentations as assigned.

3. Assist in preparing dealer visit materials (agenda, presentation, report writing, etc.) and related administrative matters, and assist in following up of issues outstanding arising from dealer visits.

4. Assist in following up on outstanding matters arising from dealers to ensure all issues are tackled and resolved.

5. Assist in clarifying group financing partners’ campaigns and product updates, and announcing internal communications, to dealers.

6. Assist in coordinating with counterpart of group financing partners for HQ matters or those requiring HQ to resolve for dealers.

7. Assist in verifying and settlement of commission.

8. Handle logistic and admin arrangements for training sessions, seminars or any events as assigned. To handle collection and consolidation of feedback whenever required.

9. Handle proper filing for the financing team in HQ.

10.Handle adhoc projects as assigned from time to time.

Degree/Diploma:

Degree: Bachelor(Master preferred)

Major: Insurance, International Business, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Financial Analysis.

Related Working Experience:

At least 2 years of working experience (not necessarily in related field) if Bachelor degree holder.

Fresh graduate if Master degree holder.

Specialized Knowledge:

1)Banking and financing knowledge, a plus

2)Operations of Auto industry, a plus.

3)Accounting, a plus.
