Job Title : Training Coordinator
Purpose of the Job:
To support administration in Training Academy division – Aftersales Training in accordance with training and operative plan.
Primary/Key Responsibilities :
1.To support aftersales training events in administration and follow-up the training results after training.To collect the training homework from participants after training.To regularly collect and maintain integrity of training materials.
2.To monitor and handle all incoming and outgoing documentation and to file and keep documentation both in soft and hardcopies for easy reference.
3.To assist administrative work for aftersales training colleagues, including expenses reimbursement, business trip application and circulation.
4.To keep a proper stock inventory of aftersales training assets, tools and equipment.
5.To handle business trip scheduling and air tickets, hotel reservation for department managers.
6.To collect, update and compile monthly training & certification reports for submission as per management requirements.
Minimum Requirement:
Degree: Degree/Diploma,Business Field
Related Working Experience:Have been working in similar capacity for a minimum of 1 years
Knowledge
1.Business or HR background,
2.MB brand basic knowledge.
3.General knowledge relates to economy, HR and growth on domestic automotive industry.
Competency:
Must Have

6. Detail oriented
Good to Have
1. Communication skills
2. Willing to learn
