General Manager - Shanghai

Main Responsibilities

? Responsible for overseeing all functions in North China Office
? Ensure the attainment of revenue & profit target and organizational goals
? Develop sales and business development strategies and action plans for company’s business and implement such plans aggressively
? Provide advice to Managing Director, Asia Pacific on the direction of country’s business with respect to market needs.
? Select, develop and monitor employees’ productivity, which include work allocation, training, and problem resolution, evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions, motivates employees to achieve organizational goals
? Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements

(A) Education Background
Degree in Business Administration/Finance or equivalent

(B) Working Experience
At least 10 years solid sales/business development working experience in MNC companies or larger size companies at managerial level, preferably in Electronics and Semiconductor Industry

(C) Skills
? Knowledge of machinery and equipments
? Good customer interaction, negotiation, organizational and communication skills
? Excellent business acumen with an excellent understanding of business processes and procedures
? Proficient in the use of standard computer software: MS Windows, MS Office
? Fluent in spoken English

(D) Other Key Performance Expectations
? Proven track records in developing sales & business development strategies
? Knowledge of Valuation business is an advantage
? Willing to accept more than 50% travel within China area
? Developed good working relationship with some MNC companies or larger size companies
