知名外资公司电销呼叫中心运营经理(Telesales Centre Operation Manager) - Shanghai

Report to: Sales Director

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

？ Monitor daily TSR centre operation and ensure Policy & Procedure is followed and complied by every TSR centre team members, and implement corrective action against any discipline misconduct.

？ Leverage QA team to monitor daily sales activity, identify violation case and implement corrective action.

？ Conduct investigation and make judgement when there is interest conflict between different TSRs/TSR sub teams, e.g. customer ownership issue, performance recognition issue.

？ Monitor and ensure various productivity and performance KPI is achieved by TSR supervisors and their own team members.

？ Execution of various sales campaigns, promotion program and other activities in TSR teams.

？ Develop necessary measure and program to stimulate morale, cultivate the ambiance of the high engagement and team spirit among the work place.

？ Other responsibility being assigned.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

？ Minimum 5-year managerial experience in Telesales Centre or Sales & Customer Service department in B2B industry.

？ Managerial experience in e-commerce or sizable direct sales centre is preferable.

？ An analytical, creative and proactive thinker with strong communication skill, capable of managing through leadership and persuasive approach.

？ Strong execution in multiple tasks environment and excellent skill in communicating, coordinating and co-working with different functional counterparts.

？ Self-motivated, Detail-oriented, strong sense of justice and willing to work under pressure with sales target and a dynamic environment.

？ College degree or above.

？ Efficient at Spoken & Written English.
