职位描述
Main Purpose of the Role:
To hold end responsibility for client projects and usage within an allocated portfolio of client accounts.
Key Result Areas:
? Client usage within accounts portfolio (consultations or meetings facilitated)
? Account/prospect activity (projects sourced and active users)
? Lead generation (referrals from existing clients)
? Activation of dormant / lost users
Duties & Responsibilities:
Client Usage
? Build and develop client user relationships
? Generate and drive usage by pulling projects, pushing ideas and building a network of client users
? Represent Research and supporting Business Development during client pitches
? Serve as the first point of contact for client users and accounts
? Guarantee an outstanding level of service on research requests by ensuring Research teams are performing effectively on all client requests - work closely with Team Leaders to ensure high standard of execution, communicating client-specific needs and account intelligence as needed
? Source feedback from clients on products and performance
? Identify event opportunities based on client interactions and market monitoring
? Advertise and promote private meetings
? Continuously review and improve processes and the service provided to clients
? Keep client and client user data up-to-date and accurate on the intranet
? Manage the P&L of the client portfolio

? Promote new solutions to clients
? Work cooperatively with other Account and Product Managers to manage and jointly improve account penetration
? Work closely with Business Development to prepare / contribute to client renewal / upgrade strategy
? Remain up-to-date with industry/market developments
? Build relationships with clients through social events and other interactions
? Increase client usage and report on usage statistics
? Prepare for and attend pitches
