Responsibility
1. Company Chinese website building and maintenance:
2. Work closely with the global and regional e-commerce teams and local agency to build up the Company website for Chinese consumers;
3. Manage and develop online business, improve sales performance/retailing skill to drive online business forward;
4. Provide overall online activity and promotion plan/management, organize and carry-out online promotion;
5. On-line booking analysis;

Qualifications
1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years proven experience in commercial or consumer sales or marketing - ideally from managerial background with strong business and financial acumen preferably in the online arena. Masters Degree (MBA) is preferred.
2. Language: Excellent written and verbal Chinese and English.
3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, proven leadership qualities and strong motivational team building and spirit.
4. Strong knowledge of Sales procedures (both online and offline) to enable quick problem solving.
5. Strong organization building, planning and operations management skills.
6. Results & execution oriented with Priority setting skill.
7. Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed, autonomous environment.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving and demanding environment.
