职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Enhance and uphold the store image through exterior and interior decoration, visual merchandising, window display.
2. Develop and deliver seasonal visual theme and direction to retail& franchisee stores.
3. Create, manage and maintain display principles, guidelines and standards which support and deliver the product and brand vision.
4. Suggest new ideas, promote and develop merchandising techniques through equipment or display.
5. Monitor visual standards and execution in stores. Create company standards manual, routinely review and update content as needed.
6. Regular visual merchandising maintenance process.
7. Provide VM inputs for Store Concept improvement & development including window line, layout, fixture, mannequins, lighting and etc.
8. Develop the VM training system and deliver the training to the VM team.
9. Implement and control visual merchandising and display budget and expenses.
10. Any other duties as may assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma or above, preferably in Arts.
2. Knowledge of customer buying behavior and visual merchandising trend.
3. Good practical hands-on skills with an eye for aesthetics.
4. Excellent verbal and written skills.
5. At least 5 years of VM management experience in fashion industry.
6. Project management and organization shills, proven ability to prioritize and hit aggressive deadlines with minimal direction.
7. Passion for visual merchandising and focus on the customer shopping experience.
8. Dynamic, Innovative and strong fashion sense.
