Our client, a leading global lifestyle concierge provider is now seeking for a highly experienced and professional candidate to be based in Shanghai.
Job Responsibilities
· You will be responsible for Service Delivery, Development and Performance Management, Business Management, Analysis, HR and General Activities
· Act as a team leader to manage and provide professional advice to clients and members
· To meet or beat targeted performance levels
· To ensure the team are profitable and meet their personal targets
· To ensure the team are delivering superb service and quality work
Job Requirements
· 8+ years in design experiences in China a must
· Must have solid background in management experience
· Experience in serving individual clients highly preferable
· Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
· A good team player, mature and well-presented candidate with excellent language ability – English and Mandarin
