Company Description
Our client, an international architectural consultancy firm with global presence is currently seeking for a highly professional Assistant to support the MD in China.

Job Responsibilities
? Handle variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to extensive Calendar management, expense reports; correspondence drafting and preparing, complex travel plans, itineraries, regional agenda, etc.

? Provide one-on-one professional support to the MD and few board members as required
? Organize executive events and/or overseas ad-hoc projects
? The ideal candidate should have a highly professional sense in working within an entrepreneurial and results-driven environment
? Good judgment, strong business sense with solid organization skills
? Set priorities and able to work independently on projects
? Must be able to work under pressure at all times and able to handle all confidentially matters with discretion
? Act as a bridge between the management and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior and management staff
? Assist in scheduling all on-site and off-site business meetings including board levels, official bureaus, etc. in a highly professional manner
? Handle and edit the first drafts of correspondence to both internal and external clients

Job Requirements
? Bachelor's degree required
? 8+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives
? Experience and interest in internal and external communications, partnership development, and client management
? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms
? Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
? Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff board members, external partners and clients
? Expert level written and verbal communication skills
? Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
? Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
? Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
