Our client, a fast growing luxury brand is now seeking for a highly experienced and professional candidate to be based in Shanghai.

Job Responsibilities

? Budgeting, buying, retail management, merchandise management and store project
? Provide Leadership and Strategic Direction in order to guide and drive the assortment and planning for maximum sell-through results
? Plan annual budget for sell-in & sell-out / seasonal sell-in & sell-out by store & product category through analyzing sales by store & product category
? Review the budget in terms of sales & inventory on month basis
? Develop short/mid-term sustainable growth plans in line with brand expansion
? Reviews Country assortments to optimize the local product efficiency and market opportunity while maximizing brand experience across categories, channels & accounts
? Conduct the seasonal buying based on product analysis and forecast
? Analyze sales performance
? Conduct product training by season to improve the product knowledge and enhance the sales technique
? Report business analysis to HQ based on monthly and seasonally
? Delivery management to receive right product on time
? Inventory control to manage the right level by store
? Product analysis by week, month, season & year & forecast for order
? Manage the store status including maintenance

Job Requirements

? BS/BA degree, MS/MA/MBA, preferred but not conditional
? Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a fashion industry (imported luxury brand)
? Strong sense in the RTW, handbag categories (Life style)
? Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin; Korean a plus but not required
? Strong computer skills (excel essential)
? Analytical and numerical talent in a business environment
? Self-drive and motivation
? Excellent communication skill
? People Management Skills
? Creative aesthetic sense
? Advance PC skill
? Flexible mind & team work
? Luxury brand buyer experience is required.
