Senior Associate / Associate – Retail Sector
Operating since 1999, Links International is a leading provider of recruitment, outsourced payroll, visa services and HR Consultancy in Greater China. Due to increased business demand we now seek an experienced candidate to join our Shanghai team.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Division Manager in developing appropriate target lists and maintaining a timely and accurate candidate database
* Provide support to formulate strategies and identify potential candidates
* Responsible for executing assignments under the supervision of Manager
* Participate in screening and preparing candidate profile for clients
* Maintaining and update the candidate and client database
* Able to conduct the assigned industry and/or market research projects independently
Requirements
* The ideal candidate should have minimum of 2 years in recruitment or in-house background preferably from Retail / Luxury Retail sector
* Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work independently
* Able to work under pressure and multi task
* Excellent communicator with good English language skills
