职位描述
岗位职责：
1.负责前台服务热线的接听和电话转接，做好来电咨询工作，重要事项认真记录并传达给相关人员，不遗漏、延误；
2.负责来访客户的接待、基本咨询和引见，严格执行公司的接待服务规范，保持良好的礼节礼貌；
3.负责快递、报刊、信件的收发、订购机票与订水、缴纳水电费等；
4.负责公司固定资产的管理及办公用品的采购；
5.负责每月员工考勤差异汇总并及时上交；
6.对各部门提出的行政服务需求的合理性进行评估，提出处理方案建议，控制公司后勤成本；
7.协助上级完成公司行政事务工作及部门内部日常事务工作；
8.领导临时交办的其他工作。

2.具有良好的沟通和协调能力，性格开朗，待人热诚；
3.具有良好的思辨能力和综合处理问题的能力，优秀的应变能力；

Horon Group is an integrated enterprise founded in 2007 by Mr. Wu Hongxi and Fu Liwei. The business of Horon is composed by management and brands; we not only focus on general merchandise but also on the hospitality industry, transport, energy, agriculture, forestry, etc. There are number of wholly owned and holding subsidiaries under it, operating in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenyang and other Chinese first and second-tier cities.
With China’s economy developing rapidly, the department store industry will experience robust growth in the next few years. Based on this, the board of Horon Group decided to change the main business to general merchandise and integrated resources, setting up Beijing Horon Best International Trade Co., Ltd. as its subsidiary company in November, 2011. Our goal is to find and promote international top brands in the Chinese market, by cooperating with renowned foreign brands and establishing an investment platform in Beijing. We are committed to developing international excellent brands and introduce them to the Chinese market in the next five years.
