Job Description:
To develop and promote spare parts sales with current and new principals in order to meet annual sales target.
Explore new sales channel through new customers / distributors for spare parts sales.
Secure the transfer business from other division and enhance the business relationship with target customers / principals.
Actively generate new sales leads, identify potential customers and secure new sales opportunities.
Achieve business results as per agreed annual targets.
Explore new spare parts suppliers locally in China.
Formulate strategic for key account customers and drive for business growth.
Closely cooperate with internal department - CS, ES and sales team across division to improve customer satisfaction.
Adapt Jebsen CCV sales methodology in spare parts sales to customers and principals.
Priority sales activities plan among activities Principals.
Prepare sales and customer reports. Updates on promotional efforts and monthly sales activity plans.
On time update and report the latest market situation and development to the management.
Report to spare part department manager.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or relevant discipline.
Solid parts sales experience.
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
