职位描述
Main Duty：
Assist Marketing Shanghai HQ to coordinate all marketing relative projects in the region
Job Description:
1. Coordinate with local design supplier for regional event and promotion materials and collaterals
2. Work closely with Shanghai Marketing Team to prepare winery visit schedule for region
3. Work closely with Shanghai Marketing Team to consolidate require Marketing reports in a timely manner
4. Marketing regional share folder regular update
5. Market intelligent update in the region, send monthly updates on competitor’s events, promotions & programs in the region
6. Assist Education Manger for regional training preparation
7. Assist Brand Manager for brand info preparation in the region
8. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
9. Attend Marketing Weekly and Monthly meeting and make sure the message will be well communicated and delivered in the region
10. Take Minutes during any Marketing related meeting and send out follow up lists to all concerned parties
11. Any other related activities as assigned by Shanghai Marketing Team
Requirements:
1. 3 years' working experience in Trading Market, wine industry will be a plus.
2. Fluent in English, oral & writing.
