Job Purpose
Work with Category Managers and relevant functional teams across the business to develop detailed project plans by balancing project scope, time and resource so as to help deliver projects on-time and in full
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Create and help execute strategic project plans by allocating resources and ensuring that projects meet the scope, time and resource requirements across selected projects
2. Help coordinate resource allocation across selected projects in order to achieve project objectives
3. Communicate project scope, cost and resource plans to other functions in the value stream to ensure that project expectations are aligned and relevant resources will be available when required
4. Prepare and determine the frequency and the content of the project status reports to track and analyse project issues
5. Identify, highlight and troubleshoot project crisis; devise contingency plans when necessary
6. Build, develop and grow internal and external relationships vital to successful project implementation
7. Develop and standardise project plans for use across all projects
Job Requirements and Qualifications
1. Bachelors’ degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering, marketing or design
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing cross-functional team, with diverse background and hands-on experience of project management
3. Knowledge of supply chain, logistics and data management
