Job Purpose
Responsible for design development and final publishing of internal and external print and e-communications. Ensures that all internal and external communications materials incorporate high quality content that positions Haworth as a market leader, integrating our key differentiators – Knowledge, Sustainability & Design;

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Graphic Design and Visual Communications
1. Maintain working understanding of information and content coming from design, sustainability and Ideation research
2. Read and interpret all briefed projects and design creative, thoughtful and impactful visuals that uphold Haworth brand standards and design excellence
3. Deliverables include (but not limited to): invitations, product brochures, e-blasts, Haworth 360, showroom guides, product swing-tags, product banners, website graphics, powerpoint presentation slides and templates, mock-up collaterals.
4. Support the Communications and DRC teams in archiving discipline to ensure availability of individual and group work
5. Maintain a meticulous image library on Sharepoint, carefully cataloging all images and arranging in high-res and low resolution categories
6. Meticulously catalogue and archive all material on external websites, to ensure that internal and external customers have quick and easy access to all information
7. Project management and keep track on the project timeline, and being able to present the final results or design concepts to clients when required

Website Support
1. Working closely with webmaster and DRC team, proactively suggest and co-ordinate the loading of content onto the Asia Pacific websites
2. With the webmaster and DRC team, support the transition to the global website by providing graphic content and design support

Job Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, multimedia, graphic design or equivalent.
Demonstrated visualization and communication skills (written and verbal in English), and presentation skills required.
Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin
